E-NETWAY is an ODM manufacturer for export.
Since each customer's needs are different, we cannot certify every filter cartridges, but all filter materials we use have been certified by NSF and obtained certificates.

We use the following filter materials

high-density activated carbon blocks

NSF42 High-density activated carbon blocks

Why use high-density activated carbon blocks:
Using high-density activated carbon blocks of 0.5~1 micron, compared with traditional manufacturing processes.
You can get the following benefits:
1. More filter holes
2. Better adsorption and filtration effect
3. Longer service life
4. Low pressure drop
5. Excellent taste

activated carbon fiber

NSF42 Activated carbon fiber

Why use activated carbon fiber filter
Activated carbon can filter out residual chlorine and odor, while activated carbon fiber has better adsorption effect and longer service life. Since there are a large number of fine internal pores on the surface of activated carbon fiber, the specific surface area is larger than that of ordinary activated carbon; therefore, the adsorption speed is very fast and the adsorption capacity is large, which is 5 to 10 times that of granular activated carbon or carbon rod filter core.

hollow fiber membrane

NSF42 Hollow fiber membrane

Why use hollow fiber membrane
Because the filtration pore size of the hollow fiber membrane is only 0.1 micron, and the smallest bacterial size is greater than 0.2 micron. Therefore, the hollow fiber membrane can be very effective in removing bacteria and protozoa. So it is almost impossible for bacteria to pass through the filter.
Retain beneficial minerals and ensure the safety of drinking water.

KDF

NSF42,61 KDF

Why use KDF
KDF can effectively remove residual chlorine and trihalomethanes in water, and remove some heavy metals such as iron, lead, and mercury.
KDF also has antibacterial functions and inhibits the growth and reproduction of microorganisms or algae in water. It can reduce the activity of certain other microorganisms, affect organisms and thereby inhibit bacteria.

Removing heavy metal media

NSF42,61 Metsorb STD

Why use heavy metal removal media
Metsorb can filter out lead and some heavy metals, such as arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper, antimony, uranium, zinc, selenium, chromium+6

phosphate

NSF42,60 Phosphate

Why use phosphate
Inhibit the formation of scale.
Calcium creates scale on pipes, appliances, and other plumbing surfaces.
This results in higher heating and energy costs as well as expensive repairs such as business ice machines, coffee makers, dishwashers and boilers.
Limescale can also be a source of bacterial growth.
Calcium, on the other hand, is very important to human health and should not be completely removed from drinking water.
- Does not produce sodium, suitable for patients with high blood pressure and the elderly
- No salt, no regeneration
- No need for backwashing and zero emissions
- Does not discharge salt water and is environmentally friendly
- Durable and requires no maintenance
